Feeling a lil bit better..

i'm trying to get out of this down-low feeling..slowly but surely..'taking it one day at a time.

Since genie in a lamp doesn't exist or magic wands that make wishes come true, i'm trying my best to snap out of this not-so-good feeling. i'm doing this by myself, still no help from the people i love..they're at loss on how to help me too :(

how i wish that professional psychiatric help is available in this country too, it doesn't exist in this third world country which is a very sad thing.

thank you for the encouraging words Steven. Sometimes we find answers to our questions from complete strangers! This internet world is full of mystery just as in real life. 


  1. Hey there....I have been checking periodically to see how you are and if you had posted anything. You are probably sleeping when I am awake since we are 12 hours apart. I am glad you are trying to break the feeling....but I am also concerned because your family doesn't seem to know what to do. I can honestly tell you that talking about things is the only real answer. The thing is...your going to have to be completely honest with yourself and the person you talk to or else the feeling will never completely go away. Also, I do not know what it is like living in a third world country so I can not imagine not having any psychiatric help available but, I know myself that having it here didn't really make a difference until I decided to help myself. Also, I found that talking things out with a real human that wasn't listening as part of their job was more useful. I didn't want to be categorized or hear text book responses to my issues. I am certainly here if you would like to talk and get some things off your chest so that you might put yourself in a better place mentally to handle whatever it is that is going on deep inside of you.
